Virtual Assistant Support
Our virtual assistant support solutions are designed to streamline your workflow, by assisting you with your upcoming remote deposition, whether you are counsel, a pro per litigant, or a court reporter. We will guide you through the technological process to ensure that your remote interactions are conducted seamlessly so you can focus on your case.
Exhibit Management
Simplify your exhibit management when in a remote proceeding by uploading your exhibits ahead of schedule. When you are hosting a deposition in person, your court reporter will mark and organize all of your exhibts for production into the original transcript so there is no question about the chain of custody of your documents.
Calendar Management
Once your deposition is scheduled, we will expediently connect your request with the appropriate court reporter for your particular case. We will ensure that your scheduled depositions, court trials. and remote proceedings are confirmed within 48 hours of your scheduled proceeding to avoid any late cancellations or cancellation fees.
Technology Support
Tech Support can be scheduled by using our contact form whenever you need additional assistance not found in our training videos or blog posts. O Court Reporters has a network of Scopists, Editors, and Proofreaders to assist you in transcript production.

Transcript Production
Transcripts are delivered in the formats requested at the time of scheduling. We provide transcripts in the medium of your choosing -- paper, electronic, disk, usb. We will also work to provide Superior Court transcripts in accordance with the Government Code and in compliance with Rule of Court 8.144 for appeals.
