My Committment
For more than 25 years, I've had the privilege of serving as a certified shorthand reporter in depositions and courtrooms across Southern California. Throughout my career, I've worked alongside attorneys, judges, and legal teams who trusted me to capture every word with precision, because in the legal world, every word matters.
Court reporting is listening and concentrating to capture every word that is said verbatim, tracking changes made to a transcript, marking and indexing exhibits, indexing and swearing in witnesses, researching, editing, proofreading, capturing metadata to prove chain of custody, securing confidential information, which is more than transcription. It's a commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and the integrity of the legal process. I take that responsibility seriously, and it has guided every transcript I've produced over the course of my career.
In November of 2024, I retired from the Riverside Superior Court to bring that same dedication, accuracy, and care directly to you through my own firm, O Court Reporters.

After 25+ years working as a freelancer and Official Court Reporter for San Beranardino County and Riverside County courts, Dolores retired in 2024 to launch O Court Reporters, serving attorneys and pro per litigants directly.

NCRA Bootcamp — Washington, D.C.
Completed the 2025 NCRA Legislative Bootcamp in Washington, D.C., wherein we lobbied to protect the Gold Standard of capturing and producing the record, and lobbied to have safeguards put in place to protect the record during a time when artificial intelligence (AI) is on the rise and cannot provide justice by supporting the confidentiality, integrity, and accuracy of the record that court reporters across the nation work so hard to protect.
