Every transcript will meet the Minimum Transcript Formatting Standards for depositions, the Rule of Court 8.144 formatting standards for court transcripts, as well as for appellate transcripts, and the formatting standards for videotaped depositions, which will include timestamping to ensure accuracy in syncing video with the transcript for trials.

Upon request, we provide services that assist in supplementing your notes during a trial or a deposition by providing any of the following services:  Realtime reporting, rough draft transcripts, and expedited transcripts to keep your case on track.

REMOTE REPORTING

Currently we are using Zoom for remote proceedings since it is the most familiar for attorneys and pro per litigants.

Coming Soon:  Our proprietary remote reporting platform will allow you to easily upload your exhibits, present your exhibits, mark them, and then be available for the court reporter to easily download, taking the guesswork out of what has been introduced and what has not.  Our remote deposition platform allows for an efficient remote experience without sacrificing quality.
