Why Attorneys Choose Us

Listed are seven reasons to work with O Court Reporters instead of a national agency

Certified Expertise

Certified Expertise CSR + RPR certified.Every transcript prepared and verified by a California CSR. Dolores holds both the California CSR and the NCRA's RPR designation.

25+ Years of Court Reporting Experience

Dolores spent a quarter-century working in the court reporting industry, first as a freelancer, and later becoming an official court reporter pro tem for multiple Superior Courts of California, with her last assignment being with the Riverside Superior Court as an official court reporter. She has reported thousands of proceedings and has produced hundreds of transcripts that have survived appellate scrutiny.

Tech-Forward Workflow

Clio Grow intake forms, YesLaw transcript production, Rep Agency Works scheduling, and secure digital delivery portals. You can schedule online, receive transcripts electronically, and access exhibits through a secure link.

Ethical Neutrality

O Court Reporters is an NCRA Ethics First Firm. There are no quid-pro-quo "preferred provider" contracts with law firms. No ancillary-fee tricks baked into invoices. Dolores operates under California Business & Professions Code § 8046, which prohibits court reporters from having financial relationships that compromise neutrality.

Accessible Service

Pro-per-friendly options. Bigger agencies don't take self-represented litigants seriously, and the intake process alone can be intimidating. We work with pro pers every day and treat them with the same professionalism as any law firm client.

Same-Day Rough Drafts

Need to prepare for tomorrow's continued deposition? Same-day rough draft available. Realtime feed streamed to attorney laptops and iPads upon request, via standard RT software.  Additional fees apply.

Local in the Inland Empire

We are headquartered in Riverside. We know the courthouses in the surrounding areas and how they operate.
